This particular variety of bamboo is also known as 'Lotus Bamboo', because of its leaves which resemble the flower. Bamboos are associated with wealth, health and fortune since ancient ages and any new leaf which sprouts brings good luck for the owner. These tough stalks can survive in vases of pure water, in soil and in a wide variety of light conditions. The plant comes in a beautiful heart shaped pot red in colour which makes it a perfect gift for your loved ones.
